Vincent Majewski is a pioneering entrepreneur and product strategist with a deep command of the Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) insulation industry. As the Founder of Dynamo Polyurethane Systems, Vincent has demonstrated an exceptional ability to transform market insights into scalable business operations-successfully founding, capitalizing, certifying, and growing a national SPF brand from the ground up. With a hands-on approach and a high tolerance for complexity, he excels at operations, logistics, branding, business development, and strategic partnerships. Fun Fact: He enjoys restoring old cars and trucks. Favorite Part of the Job: Working with people and growing the business.

Rebecca Majewski is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the spray polyurethane foam industry. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to the industry both at the jobsite installing foam and in the classroom teaching others. Prior to her tenure in the SPF sector, Rebecca played a pivotal role in developing an architect program representing Caesarstone quartz, where she contributed to expanding the brand’s presence and building relationships within the architectural community. Fun Fact: She’s an avid bread baker. Favorite Part of the Job: Visiting job sites and engaging directly with customers.

Jamie grew up in Massachusetts and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Sales from Quinnipiac University. He has over 15 years of experience in the spray foam industry, beginning as an intern in distribution. Jamie has a deep understanding of what customers need to succeed. He currently lives in Boston with his wife and two children. Fun Fact: He enjoys cooking and entertaining. Favorite Part of the Job: Developing new accounts into strong, long-lasting relationships.

Jake brings nearly two decades of experience in the insulation industry. He has worked across distribution, rig manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, and contracting. He brings a wide range of technical knowledge to the Dynamo team. Outside of work, Jake enjoys camping with his family and playing UNO with his youngest two children. Fun Fact: He enjoys anything outdoors and finds fun in everything he does. Favorite Part of the Job: Helping customers solve issues over the phone or through photos and hearing that he made their day better.

Patti is a lifelong Massachusetts resident who earned her Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Bridgewater State University. She brings over 25 years of customer service experience from an eclectic background spanning the construction, medical, and financial industries. Fun Fact: Patti is a self-proclaimed “nerd.” She loves learning new things and believes there is an opportunity to expand her knowledge in every aspect of life. Favorite Part of the Job: Helping the team and customers by keeping all orders organized and on time.

Mike grew up in Chicago and earned a BA in Business Administration from Judson University. Mike has been in the industry for 34 years holding positions from plant operator to senior management leading both technical and sales teams. Mike has an unwavering drive for customer success and strives to solve customer issues. He brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to the team. Fun fact: Mike enjoys working on his tree farm in his free time and enjoys all things outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Favorite part of the job: Helping customers succeed, building lasting relationships with them, and watching them grow.
